WHAT KIND OF DRESSES DO YOU SELL?

We have collection dresses and also exclusive design dresses.

 

HOW ARE THE DRESSES MADE?

All dresses are custom-made in our studio, with finishing by hand.

 

WHAT’S THE AVERAGE PRICE FOR A DRESS?

Collections dresses varies between 2.300€ and 3.000€. An exclusive dress is subject to budget.

 

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?

Our service works exclusively by appointment, which can be made by phone (+351214820109) Email (info@joanamontez.pt) or online in our booking page. You can book your visit Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:30pm.

 

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

It is strictly forbidden to photograph the dresses or use the phone during the fitting sessions.

 

WHEN TO TAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

For a gown, take 4 to 6 months, especially for Summer weddings.

 

HOW LONG LAST MY APPOINTMENT?

It takes about an 90 minutes for your first appointment, 30 minutes for the second one to choose the perfect dress for you.

 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?

We know our brides love to show and ask for advices to their friends but we can only have 3 people with them coming to our showroom and only 2 during fittings.

 

HOW MANY FITTINGS WILL I GET AFTER THE FINAL CHOICE & ORDER OF THE DRESS?

About 3 to 4 fittings will be necessary to adjust your dress. Each fitting last about 30 minutes and should be done 4 to 6 month before your wedding day.

 

FITTINGS TIPS

Come with strapless, skin color bra and light makeup.

 

WHEN WILL YOU DELIVER MY DRESS?

Your dress will be ready 1 week before the wedding and will be delivered maximum 2 days before the ceremony.

 

WILL I GET TO KNOW JOANA?

Yes, Joana will be present to help you choose your dress and also during your fittings. She will be available to give her advice and professional eye.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

There’s a first payment of 40% or a initial payment of 20% plus 20% before the first fitting session. The remaining amount must be paid on delivery.
